Kashmir valley on Tuesday morning witnessed a powerful grenade blast in Azadgunj locality in Baramulla injuring more than one dozen civilians passing through the area.
Reports said an unidentified youth threw a grenade at an army vehicle in Azadgunj locality in Baramulla town, injuring more than one dozen civilians as the grenade missed the target.
Police said the grenade missed the target and exploded on the road injuring the civilians.
"All the injured were immediately rushed to the hospital and are being treated," said a police official. One report said the grenade thrower was also among the injured. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. |
