| BJP mahila morcha reconstitutes its Rajouri unit | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 15: Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha State President Sakina Bano, in a meeting held at Rajouri, nominated Shama Gupta as District President and Neeru Sharma as General Secretary of Rajouri district Mahila Morcha.
Sakina Bano expressed hope that the new nominees will work towards further strengthening the Mahila Morcha in the district. She said that it is the BJP which have been continously raising the issues pertaining to the women-folk and has taken a lead by providing 33 per cent reservation to the women in its organizational setup. She said that the party is committed for reservation to the women in parliament and state assemblies so that they can themselves become a part in decision making bodies.
