Youth movement urges govt. to formulate youth policy | | | EARLY TIMES Kathua , Sept 15:, Youth Movement urged the state government to formulate the youth policy in order to give them permanent dignified employment to earn their livelihood. The Youth Movement is worried about the growing unrest and mental stress among the young educated and uneducated youth which emerged due to the lack of employment guarantee policies from the government side. The president of the Movement Sanjeev Verma said that so called policies like Shere-E-Kashmir policy to pay as stipend from Rs900 to Rs1500 for three years for selected youth is just a bogus and eyewash policy of the state government. This policy is more dangerous than nothing for youth policy, other policies like to provide the employment loan, contractual, daily wage, R-E-T, need based employment policies have been proved as hollow attempts of the state government and also crushed the potential and skills of the youth of the state and even affected youth of these policies have lost their social respect and physical health also and suffering from worse economic crisis and facing the challenges of starvations, illness, poverty and etc. It is better to all the youth and their parents to intensify their constant voice for the concrete and constructive youth policy which can secure the lives of all the youth effectively.
