| Airtel announces winners of Display Ka Raja Contest | | |

Bharti Airtel J&K today announced the winners of Display Ka Raja Contest winners at the Retailers Meet organized at Bahu Plaza. Mr RVS Bhullar, Chief Operating Officer Bharti Airtel J&K presented the prizes to the winners. Also present on the occasion were Punit Mathur, Head Sales and Marketing, Sunil Raina, Head Marketing, Raman Sharma, Head Sales Bharti Airtel J&K. All the Zonal Business Managers also attended the Retailers meet
The contest commenced on Aug 10th and was open till Oct 30th for the Airtel Retailers of Jammu, Srinagar, and Leh. Under this contest, the retailers could win exiting prizes based on the achievement of their targets and ‘Best Display’ of the Retail counter. Around 2000 Airtel retailers from J&K participated in the contest. Total of 700 retailers won the prizes in the state. More than 400 prizes were distributed among the winners from Vijaypur, Samba, Rajouri, Doda, Banihal, Kathua and Jammu in the Retailers Meet.
Wadhera Communications from Trikuta Nagar Jammu bagged the first prize of 21 inches colour television, Dream Dotcom from Talab Tillo got the second prize of LG Washing machine while two winners emerged for the third slot. These include Raman Provision Store from Nanak Nagar and Gulmohar electronic from Udhampur who won LG Microwave oven each. Other prizes were Nokia 1100 Mobile Phones, Philips Music Systems, Strolley Bags, Dinner Sets, Philips Walk man, Sonata Wrist Watches.
Speaking on the occasion the elated retailers supported launch of such schemes. They said that such Airtel contests act as a catalyst and help us to put in our best. I won last year’s retailer contest and I am a lucky winner this time also, exclaimed Mr Sharma from New Shop Vision, a retailer from Roop Nagar. You feel motivated by participating and winning prizes in such contests and I am glad I am one among the winners, added Kamal of Wadhera communications. |
