| JK Bank staffer rewarded for alertness | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, September 14: J&K Bank President and Zonal Head, Kashmir (Central), Bashir Ahmad Lone handed over a cash reward of Rs.5,000 and a letter of appreciation to one of its employees, Tajamul Hussain (Assistant Banking Associate) for his extraordinary and agile efforts to avert a fraud payment against the lost token. A simple but impressive function in this connection was organized by the Customer Care Deptt. Zonal Office, Central Kashmir.
The Assistant Banking Associate, Tajamul Hussain, currently posted at Business Unit Parimpora, Srinagar, had shown his presence of mind and averting an attempted fraud for payment of a cheque at Parimpora branch against a lost token of some other Business Unit of the Bank. The Zonal Head, Bashir Ahmad Lone, while speaking on the occasion hoped that all other staff members shall exhibit the same sense of alertness at their places of posting while dealing with such unscrupulous elements.
