Random arrests continue, two more suspects picked up from Kishtwar
New Delhi High Court blast case

KISHTWAR, Sept 15: National Investigation Agency (NIA) along with Kishtwar police detained two more youth in connection with ongoing terror probe in New Delhi High Court blast in which 14 persons died.
NIA team along with Kishtwar police on Wednesday night at around 8 PM conducted the raid at the residence of Ghulam Abbas Dev, petition writer at Session Court Kishtwar and arrested Amir Abbas Dev (20 years), beside conducting search operation in his house. While talking to Early Times Ghulam Abbas Dev, father of Amir Abbas said that some police personal came at his home and inquired about his son Amir Abbas.
He said that police personal referred to ongoing investigation into New Delhi high court blast and said that police assured him of releasing his son. However, Abbas stressed that even after more than 24 hours, his son hasn't been released. He said that in the morning after watching the news on various TV Channels, he was shocked to see that as per media reports his son has been named mastermind of Delhi High Court blasts.
He said that his son could not write Urdu language properly, than how he could write in English as was claimed in media reports, questioned Amir's father. He said that Amir had never ever visited any place beyond Jammu, where he too occasionally visits in connection with his treatment as he (Amir) was suffering from fits disease. He said that Amir has no knowledge about operating computer or internet.
"I admitted him in Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Sub Center Kishtwar) in B.A Part-1" Ghulam Abbas said. He said that his son is dull in studies and passed his 10+2 examination with 3rd Division from J & K board of School Education. He urged government authorities not to make his innocent son scapegoat.
Meanwhile another youth Hilal Amin son of Farooq Ahmed resident of Nagisini Kishtwar was also picked up by investigating agencies in connection with ongoing probe into Delhi blast. He was arrested soon after the marriage ceremony of his sister got over. Police sources claimed that both Amir as well as Hilal Amin was part of conspiracy that carried out blast outside Delhi High court on 7-09-2011. Sources claimed that Amir Abbas masterminded the Delhi blast and also provide email stuff to two teenagers Sharik Khawar Butt and Abid Hussain Bhawani, presently in police custody. Both Sharik and Abid were picked up by Kishtwar police on 10-09-2011. NIA team which is still camping at Kishtwar along with DIG Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban range is tight lipped over the whole issue and refrains to divulge any details.
Police in Kishtwar when asked about the media reports in which Amir Abbas has been shown as main culprit behind Delhi blast said "Media is free to telecast his views, whatever they telecast is not official." He further said that as and when the investigation is over, NIA team along with police will brief the media about the development.
