| SR College conducts Mock Test series for KAS aspirants | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 16: The SR College of Competitions conducted a Mock Test Series for KAS aspirants, who are preparing for the Preliminary examination scheduled to be held on September 25 at different centres, here.
The Test Series, which attracted a good number of students, included mock tests for General Studies and various other optional papers.
“The set of papers was designed and patterned on the lines of examinations conducted by the State Public Service Commission (PSC). We got a good response and the students asked for more such tests,” said Director of the SR College, Parveen Sharma.
“Such tests help students gain the first hand experience. It serves them (students) as guide to overcome their shortcomings ahead of their actual examination,” he added.
The tests were followed by the discussions by a penal of experts, who gave tips to attempt the paper, especially with regard to time management, application of principle of elimination to choose the correct answer.
Meanwhile, according to management of the SR College of Competitions, the next test series will be conducted on September 19 (Sunday).
