| NGEUID hails CM for fulfilling employees’ demands | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Sep 17:The Non Gazetted Employees Union of Information department (NGEUID) hailed the historic decision of Chief Minister to full fill the genuine demands of state employees.
The resolution of gratitude was passed today at a function organized by the union under the chairmanship of newly elected president of NGEUID, Showkat Ahmad Khan here in the lawns of the Joint Directorate Information Department, Kashmir. Director Information, Kh. Renzushah presided over the function while as President JCC, Khurshid Alam attended the function as guest of honour.
Officers of Information Department, office bearers of NGEUID and employees of government press were among others who attended the function.
Renzushah in his presidential address appreciated the Chief Minister’s initiative as employee’s friendly and said the decision would further strengthen the hands of the government.
He said that the employees gratitude to Chief Minister for such a friendly decision will be conveyed only when the employees work with dedication and zeal to redress the common mans grievances in their respective fields at the earliest. Congratulating the Chief Minister for his bold decision, President JCC, Khursheed Alam said that all the members of cabinet Sub- Committee supported the long pending genuine demands of state employees regarding 6th pay commission, thus provided a sigh of relief to the employees fraternity.
President NGIEU assured the Director that employees of the department will continue to deliver their services with more dedication and zeal. He thanked the President JCC for helping to safeguard the interests of employees.
