| VOK produces challan against Girdawar, Bugdam | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Sep 17: Vigilance Organization, Kashmir (VOK) produced challan in case FIR No. 38/2010 u/s 5(2) PC Act Svt 2006 r/w section 161 RPC before Court of Special Judge Anti Corruption Kashmir, Srinagar on September 17, 2011 against the accused Mohammad Farooq Ganaie, the then Girdawar, Halqa Budgam. The accused was red handed on December 3, 2010 while demanding and accepting an illegal gratification of Rs 5000 from the complainant as a consideration to set right the revenue records pertaining to his ancestral land at Sefdhan, Budgam.
