KATHUA, Sep 17:In an effort to control the menace of unfair trade practices, Assistant Controller Drugs, Kathua, has suspended the licenses of three defaulter firms in Kathua.
Taking strict notice of non adherence to provisions and rules of Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940, the Assistant Director suspended the licenses of M/S Life Care Medicos opp CTM Kathua and M/S Ashish Medical Store Palli Morh Kathua for one week and M/S Payal Medical Store Barnoti, Kathua for one month.
