| Bahu Fort Development committee reviews arrangements for Navratra festival | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, September 18: A meeting of Bahu Fort Development Commitee, Bahu Fort Jammu was held under the chairmanship of Rajeev Charak, President of the committee and in the meeting the arrangements for Navratra Festival at Shri Mata Mahakali Mandhir Bahu Fort Jammu were reviewed.
While speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Charak stressed upon the state government to provide the facilities during the forthcoming Navratras without curtailment of electricity in the area, Street Lights From Bye Pass to Mata Mahakali Mandhir Bahu Fort to Police Station Bhag-e-Bahu, water, health, medical, fire, ambulance facilities to the yatries.
He also appealed to the law and order authorities to make the security arrangements, so that no incident takes place.
Charak further said that public works development should take immediate steps to repair of the road. Jammu Municipal Corporation and JDA should also get the encroachments removed from the parking area, front/ back side of the shopping complex Bahu Fort and leading to the Shri Mata Mahakali Mandhir Bahu Fort.
In this connection the members of BFDC met the SHO Slathia Bhag Bahu and in charge P P Mandhir regarding the same.
