HC issues notice in petition seeking medical facilities to Ajab Singh | Chopra Family Murder case | | Early Times Report Jammu, September-19 (JNF):- The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Monday issued notices to the State Government following a petition filed before it seeking medical facilities for Ajab Singh Wazir facing trial in the Chopra family murder case.
Justice J.P. Singh in a petition filed by Ajab Singh Wazir facing trial in the much publicized Chopra family murder case seeking medical facilities including check-up by Specialists, after hearing Advocate Anil Sethi for the petitioner, issued notice to additional advocate general to file objections within a week's time.
The petition has been filed through the daughter of Ajab Singh Wazir seeking that Ajab Singh Wazir who was lodged in District Jail needed immediate attention of neurologist/urologist having specialization in fields so that the proper Medicare/treatment should be provide to the petitioner.
It is worthwhile to mention that Principal district and sessions Judge Jammu, Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal today fixed October 1, 2011 for arguments on charge in the Chopra Family Murder case. |
