| Eudiometry Camp at SDH Akhnoor | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 19:
An eudiometry camp was organized at Sub District Hospital Akhnoor in which 80 patients were tested for hearing problems, out of which 45 patients shall be given free hearing aids on deaf day on September 26.
The camp was organized in collaboration with Punit Gupta, JK Electronic Ears, Primi Speech and hearing clinic who provided the eudiometry machines and conducted the tests.
In addition, impendence eudiometry camp was also organizes by CIPLA Company who will be organizing the same on 19th of every month henceforth.
Many patients will be taken for surgical procedures after these tests by Dr Pankaj Gupta, B-Grade ENT Specialist, SDH Akhnoor and their hearing problems will be cured.
Dr Baldev Raj Sharma, Chief Medical officer, Jammu inaugurated this camp and acknowledged the hard work and efforts made by Doctors and Para Medical staff to conduct this camp in the rural areas and asked the companies /NGO’s to keep this good work a continuous process and reach the unreached.
The whole programme was organized under the supervision of Dr N S Bhatial, Block Medical Officer, Akhnoor.
