| Bhim criticizes propagating Musharraf’s self rule | | |
JAMMU | DEC 5 The ‘Haq- Insaf Yatra’ led by Bhim Singh chief of JKNPP from Delhi reached here today. The activists of the yatra were given rousing reception in the way and appreciated the efforts of Prof. Singh in highlighting the problems being faced by the people of the J&K State since 1947. Addressing number of public rallies on its way from Kathua Prof Singh asked the both national and state leaders to stop exploiting the people of J&K for the sake of vote bank. He said corrupt, power hungry and communal leaders re fully responsible for the rise in militancy in the state. He accused those who are propagating Musharraf’s self rule or autonomy. He said these leaders exploit people just to remain in power. With reference to yatra he said, main aim of the yatra is seeking justice for the people of the J&K who have remained deprived of their social, political and economic rights since 1947 and added all benefits have been taken ruling class. He stressed for amendment of article 370 which is root cause of present crises in the state. The yatra station on December 2 from Lal Qila Delhi and will reach Lal-Chowk, Kashmir on 2 December 23rd Other workers who accompanied Prof. Bhim Singh and Sanjay Sachdev, Harsh Malhotra, Narseem Hamid, Nudesh Dogra, Rajesh Kamal, Kartar Singh, Ravinder Pathania, Raghubir Singh and others. At Basholi Bhim Singh was received by chairman Basholi Municipality Jagdish Raj Spolia of BJP.
