| 10+2 contractual lecture forum submitted memorandum | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kishtwar September 20:- All J & K Contractual Lectures (10+2) forum District Kishtwar under the presidentship of Satya Bushan today called on Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ghulam Nabi Balwan and submitted a memorandum to him pertaining to various demands of contractual lectures working in various Higher Secondary Schools of Kishtwar District. The memorandum contains the demand of induction of contractual lecturers in the special provision act passed by the Government for regularization of Adhoc/contractual/consolidated employees. They also demanded that their cases should be referred to empower committee constituted vide Government order no: 1423 GAD of 2009 and further demanded that their salaries should not be drawn as per contractual rules vide Govt. order No: 1661 GAD of 2010, as according to them all the adhoc appointments have been converted into contractual vide 168 GAD of 2004 and 1584 Edu of 2003. They also threaten that in case their demands could not be meted out, they will left with no option other than to choose confrontation path.
