9/20/2011 9:26:46 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 20: JKATA held a press conference at Press Club in which the employees of Agriculture Production Department working under RehbarE-Ziraat scheme put burning demands before media here today.
President of association strongly appealed the state government that the regularizations should be strictly done on batch wise manner and neglect the merit wise options implemented by the State Government in the Cabinet Order dated 4th August 2011.
Surinder Radotra laid stress on government that the regularization will be done after completion of 5 years of their continuous service as a Rehbar-E-Ziraat who are working since April 2007 on the pattern of Rehbar-E-Taleem and said government should take initiative that the regularization of 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 batches must be considered in first phase as the maximum of the service employees have crossed their upper age limit to compete for the government service.
Radotra also disclosed that the government should take initiative for the amendment of the Cabinet decisions and should quash the merit base order and must implement batch wise regularization process which is the right process of regularization.
He also laid stress upon the state government that the basic salary should be given to the remaining technocrats until their regularization.
President of the association also said that one day protest will be considered on 26th September, 2011, against Government's this order at Press Club.
Speaking on the occasion all district presidents expressed their views and supported Surinder Radotra's all comments of regularization.
