| Cong for development, welfare of all sections of society: Tara Chand | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 20 – Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Tara Chand said that congress party is committed to address development aspirations of people of the state and is working for welfare of all sections of the society. He said that with active support from central government, projects have been launched to develop all regions and sub-regions of the state.
Mr. Tara Chand said people of the state have shown faith in policies and programs initiated by the party and a large number of them are coming into the folds of the Congress party.
He said this while welcoming Naib-Sarpanch Mr. Romesh Singh of Nikkian and Panch Mr. Mangesh Kumar of Gigrial into the Congress fold at a simple function, here on Monday.
Working President, Block Congress Committee Khour Mr. Suram Singh, Ex-Sarpanch Mr. Harnam Dass, Ex-Ranger Mr. Mohan Lal were also present on the occasion.
Large gathering of people from rural and far-flung areas of Gigrial, Nikkian and adjoining areas were also present.
