CS for strict adherence to transfer policy

SRINAGAR, Sep 21:-Chief Secretary Madhav Lal has emphasized on strict adherence to the transfer policy adding that vacancies in Ladakh and other remote areas should be filled up in consonance with the transfer policy in vogue.
Chairing a review meeting on vacancy position in Health and Education departments in Leh and kargil here today, Madhav lal directed issuance of transfer and posting orders so that vacant posts are filled up early. “Administrative secretaries should ensure that the general public does not suffer for want of necessary staff in the public service delivery in these areas,” he added.
Chief Secretary also asked administrative secretaries of Health and Education departments to submit a proposal regarding revision of incentives to the non local employees posted in Ladakh.
