Jammu, September-21 :- In a petition filed by Sultan Mehmood Mirza the then SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu who was allegedly involved in fudging of evidence in the much publicized Amandeep Murder case, Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar of J&K High Court after hearing advocate Ashok Parihar assisted by advocate Rajnesh Parihar for the petitioner issued notice to the respondents and also directed the registry to list the case after the services is completed along with other petitions filed by Jagar Singh and by Rakesh Singh.
The petitioner has sought quashment of order dated December 6, 2010 passed by 2nd additional district and sessions judge Jammu whereby he had been charged to stand and face criminal trial for the alleged commission of offences punishable u/s 409/120-B RPC r/w section 3/25 Arms Act beside the order dated May 25, 2011 passed by the Trial Court on the application similarly placed accused to the present petition whereby it has refused to bifurcate the case and hold a separate Trial against petitioner.
