| Inter-district boys’ U-19 kabaddi begins | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 21: Annual divisional level inter-district under-19 boys’ kabaddi tournament started today under the banner of Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at Youth Hostel Nagrota, near here.
On the opening day, league round played among the participating nine districts of Jammu Division. Considering their performance in the league round, Jammu, Udhampur are set to move into the next round of semi-finals. On the other hand, district Reasi and Ramban have little chances of making it to the knock-out stages after the visitors were beating in both the outings.
The Detailed Results: (League Round): Poonch bt Kishtwar district 44-30; Jammu bt Kathua 43-13; Rajouri bt Reasi 42-17; Kathua bt Ramban 53-35; Udhampur bt Samba 58-18; Jammu bt Ramban 58-25; Udhampur bt Reasi 39-13.
