| Court frames corruption charges against Patwari in trap case | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, September-21:- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Pawan Dev Kotwal has framed corruption charges against Krishan Lal the then Patwari Halqa Tulli with additional charge of Patwar Halqa Bhagankot who was caught red-handed by the SVO team on October 2, 2010 while demanding and accepting an amount of Rs 5000/- as illegal gratification from the complainant for issuance of papers of Khasra Girdawari. Court after hearing CPO Parshtom Sharma appearing for the SVO has framed charges u/s 5(2)r/w 5(1) (d) PC Act 2006.
