| Inter-district handball meet starts today | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 22: Organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), the annual inter-district handball competitions of Jammu Division shall take place from tomorrow at Police Lines grounds, here.
In the first two-day of the meet, competition in boys all age groups shall be held. It will be followed by the girls’ tournament at the same venue from September 26.
As per the already finalized fixture, the department shall also be holding three-day divisional level boys’ under-19 kho-kho competitions at Youth Hostel Nagrota fields from September 29.
Thereafter, with a gap of two days, boys and girls basketball tournament shall be held at Mini Stadium, Parade, here from October three.
In the meantime, the under-19 boys’ football competition shall take place at GGM Science College ground, here from October 10.
