| 3-Tier Panchayat empowerment, an appreciable step | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, September 22: A meeting was held under the chairman ship of Ch. Alha-din , sarpanch halqa Malhan , Tehsil Surankote , District Poonch at Channi- Himmat , Jammu in which the speakers appreciated the State Government decision for 3 tier Panchayat empowerment decision .
They further added that due to the empowerment of the panchayat besides other panchayats his halqa panchayat malhan will get a chance of development which is neglected since Independence.
Besides other dozens problems of halqa , not a single person is in possession of Identity Card which hamper the movement of locals outside their village/District .
Besides other demands he demanded immediate road connection , posting of schooling staff/ their checking as well as preparations of identity card for the locals of labour malhan .
