APMCC expresses concern over delay in issuance of state subject
12/5/2006 11:58:27 PM

Jammu | Dec 5
All parties Migrants coordination committee (APMCC) leaders Vinod Pandita and Vijay Chiken in a joint statement have expressed grove concern over delaying taches adopted by the Relief Commissioner’s Office (Migrant) in issuing the ‘state subject’ to the displaced ‘Kashmiri Pandits’ youth of the valley.
These leaders have alleged that all cases of state subject are pending in the commissioner’s office for the last more than a month, due to the retirement of the relief commissioner. They have urged upon the government that a new incumbent be posted soon so that hapless migrant youth do not face any hardship in seeking the state subject certificates well in time.
