| Art Academy employees demand insider as Secretary | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Sept 23:- The Employees of the J&K Academy of Art. Culture and languagcs in a meeting has requested to the president of the Academy, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to consider the appointment of Secretary Academy from the senior most Additional Secretary's of the Academy instead of tile persons from outside as has been given to understand in some of the news-papers.
It is admitted fact that the persons appointed from the outside Academy w.e.f 2006 to onward have proved failure.
The employees were of the view that a person taken from the inside strength of additional secretaries may prove boon for the Academy as he has not only the potential to take the pristine institute into the new heights but he also has the ability to solve the in-house problems of the employees,
Therefore, in the best interest of the Academy, association requests to the president of the Academy chief Minister to consider the appointment of the secretary academy from the senior most additional Secretary's of the Academy.
