Syndicate Bank launches CASA campaign | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, September 23: Syndicate Bank a premier public sector bank has launched special CASA campaign from 1St of September 2011 across all its 2550+ branches in the country. The CASA campaign is aimed to bring in more new customers (both individuals and business enterprises) into the bank’s fold and also to augments the CASA deposit of the bank. The special attraction of this campaign is that the bank offers Rainbow benefits/package to the saving bank customers, i.e., (1) instant global debit cards (VISA/Master), (2) SyndSuraksha (Life Insurance cover against premium payment), (3) Utility bill payment through payment gateway (4) SMS Banking (5) NEFT/RTGS facility (6) internet Banking (7) Any Branch Banking (ABB). The bank is aiming for substantial growth under CASA portfolio during special campaign. On 23rd September a special customer meet was organized by Jammu Branch inviting existing and new customers for the meet. Yogesh Kumar Branch Head in his address gave a brief on the bank’s new customer centric initiatives and also on the ongoing CASA campaign and the rainbow benefits attached to it. The customers were also briefed on the alternate delivery channels and its banking convenience. The branch head, Yogesh Kumar thanked the customers for their continued patronage and welcomed suggestions to better the customer service. The branch head welcomed the new customers into the banks fold and the debit cards pass books and SyndSuraksha group life insurance cover policies were presented on the occasion. The uniqueness of this Customer Meet is that it was observed simultaneously at all the 2550+ branches across the country.
