| Rich tributes paid to Maharaja Hari Singh on his 116th Birth Anniversary | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Sept 23:- The Revered Maharaja Hari Singh Ji A True Patriot Secular & Social Reformer The Management and staff of Maharaja Hari Singh Social and Education Foundation, J&K and Rajput Charitable Trust, Jammu paid rich tributes today to the revered Late Maharaja Hari Singh Ji of J&K State on his 116th Birth Anniversary.
On this auspicious occasion, Havan and Pooja was performed in the honour of Late Maharaja Sahib and for the peace and prosperity of India particularly of J&K State by S. S. Sodhi, Director Delhi Public School Jammu, M. S Jamwal, Secretary Rajput Charitable Trust, C. L. Malhotra, Secretary Maharaja Hari Singh Social and Education Foundation, Sudarshan Sonar, Principal DPS Jammu, Suminder Singh, R. C. Gupta and staff members of both the organizations. The occasion was also graced by P S Pathania Member Managing Committee Rajput Charitable Trust Jammu, many other VIPs, Admirers of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, Prominent citizens and many others.
Jamwal highlighted the various achievements and daring steps taken by Maharaja Sahib to reform the Social system and curb the evils from the civil society due to which Maharaja Hari Singh became popular Maharaja of J&K State.
Speaking on the occasion Sodhi highlighted the achievements, Social reforms and other good work done by Maharaja Sahib during his tenure as popular Maharaja of J&K State. He also thanked all the VIPs, Prominent citizens, Admirers and all others who graced the occasion to pay rich tributes to Maharaja Sahib.
Similar functions to pay homage to Maharaja Hari Singh Ji were also organized in Bombay, Rajasthan, Himachal Pardesh and at many places besides, UK, USA and Nepal where large number of Admirers of Maharaja Sahib also paid rich tributes to him as per the reports received so far.
