| KRSS, Jandrah pays tributes to Maharaja Hari Singh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 24:
Kshtriya Rajput Shakha Sabha (KRSS) Jandrah today paid rich tributes to Maharaja Hari Singh on his 116 th birth anniversary. A colorful function was organised by KRSS at its office in Jandrah where hundreds of people from different walks of life participated and threw light on the life of the benevolent ruler. MLA Nagrota Jugal Kishore Sharma, Sarpanch Jandrah Panchayat Anil Sharma, president KRSS Balram Singh, Sarpanch Nagola Panchayat Raghubir Singh and Sarpanch Krishanpur Panchayat Hans Raj were among prominent who attended the function. The KRSS also performed Havana for peace and prosperity of the people of the State in general and royal family in particular.
The speakers described Maharaja a great reformer, visionary and benevolent ruler and said that it was due to irrevocable instrument of the Accession signed by Hari Singh, Jammu and Kashmir became the integral part of the India.
