| Congress workers hold rally at Ramgarh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
vijaypur, September 25:-With a view to highlight the problems of the people, the Congress workers today held a rally under the leadership of senior party leader Arun Sharma at Ramgarh in Vijaypur constituency.
They alleged discrimination by the local MLA in respect of developmental works and urged the party to take up the matter at highest level.
The workers demanded a special recruitment drive in the area for absorption of local unemployed youth in police and other para military forces besides banning appointments of class 4th and daily wagers.
Addressing the rally, Arun Sharma assured to party workers to take up their demands and grievances before the High Command and appealed the local media persons to support genuine demands for the people.
He appealed the party workers to remain united and strengthen the party for development of the state.
Prominent among those who spoke at the rally were Bishamber Singh Slathia, Baishkhi Ram, Rajesh Kumar, Gulshan Lal, Raj Kumar, Capt. Bhola Ram, S. Sumiter Singh, S. Jarnail Singh, Mangal Sharma, Rehamet Ali, Ajay Puri, S Manji Singh Bedi, Vicky, Capt. Baldev, Sardari Lal Verma, Dev Raj, Som Sharma and Om Prakash.
