| Katli panchayat holds meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SAMBA, Sept 25: In a meeting held at Katli here today, the sarpanch and panchs
discussed their long pending demands.
PDP district president Pawan Dev Singh was chief guest on the occasion. The
panchayat members told him that the Katli people were faced with a lot of problems.
The PDP leader assured them to take up their demands with the Samba deputy
commissioner for their early redressal
