| BDO Bhaderwah takes stock of devp works | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
BHADERWAH, Sep 25:-Continuing its mission of upliftment of the downtrodden areas of the Bhaderwah block, BDO Bhaderwah Zaffar Altaf today toured Athkar and Sartingal Panchayat and took stock of the ongoing developmental works going on under MGNREGA and holds half dozens of meetings with villagers in the premises of respective Panchayat Ghars.
BDO Bhaderwah Zaffar Altaf was accompanied with large number of VLWs, Chowkidars, Sarpanchs and Panchas of the respective Panchayats. Speaking on the occasion BDO Bhaderwah block informed the villagers that in each Panchayat ten works of different capacities are going on under MGNREGA included Packa and Kacha Path, construction of Water Harvesting tanks, water tanks, construction of School ground for High School Kari Chatra village, IAY houses in each Panchayat for BPL people and rain water sources are also going to preserved for the people by making underground tanks.
He appealed to people to take benefit of the centrally sponsored schemes which are at door step and also keep vigil on all developmental works in their respective villages to main work culture and good governance.
Speaking on the occasion the representatives of the villages appreciated the work of the Rural Development Department of Bhaderwah.
