Jammu,July 31 : Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice BA Khan will be visiting Jammu during this week to try his hand and convince the agitating members of the Jammu Bar association to call off their month long strike.
Sources said that Justice BA Khan had earlier assured members of the Jammu Bar association that after the diamond jubilee celebrations of the High Court he would look in to their demands and take up the matter to resolve the crisis.
When contacted President of the Jammu bar association Ved Raj Wazir said that, Justice BA Khan will be visiting Jammu in the current week in connection with the ongoing strike of the Jammu bar association.
Meanwhile, the month long strike continues to create problems for thousands of litigants awaiting resumption of work in the courts in Jammu. |
