AJKLTF hails agreement with govt

Jammu, Sept 25: All Jammu Kashmir and ladakh Teachers Federation (AJKLTF) thanked media who have rendered moral and material support to the teachers employees and workers of the J&K State from time to time.
A day long session of the AJKLTF was held today in which the representative of the various districts of the Jammu province participated and threadbare discussed the agreement held between High Power Committee of the J&K Govt. and JCC representatives at Srinagar on September 15.
While addressing the Press Conference Balwan Singh Jamwal President of the Federation hailed the agreement decision about the employees demands for release of 100% Sixth Pay Commission arrears in five equal installments through GPF route without any lock in period instead of 50% arrears in five installments with 5 years moratorium on each installment. Besides the Govt. has agreed to form the appropriate policy for regularization of casual, seasonal, temporary workers who are working in different Govt. Departments. The committee of enhancement of retirement age also submits its report before March 2012.
AJKLTF congratulated all section of the state Govt. employees of the state and particularly to the teachers of the Jammu province who have rendered whole hearted support, solidarity to agitational programme of JCC.
AJKL TF called upon the employees to be vigilant from the anti-working class forces who always tried to divide the employees of the State on communal and regional lines on the behest of their political master for their vested interests. These elements have launched a disinformation campaign against the agreement. But so called representative of the employees are working against the interest of the employees and tried to sabotage the agreement for narrow, patty, cheap publicity.
Also present on the occasion included besides Manga Ram Sharma, Joginder Singh Manhas, Som Nath Banathia, Inderjeet Gupta, Sudershan Sharma, Subash Sharma, Pawan Kumar Gupta, S. Rajinder Singh. Thoru Ram, Suresh Sharma, Jagdish Sangra, Om Parkash, Naresh Chaudhary, Daljeet Singh, Naseem Ahmed, . Sanjeevan Singh, Tara Chand. Naranjan Sharma, Shamsher Singh, Hardeep Singh, Mohd. Quyoom, Rajinder Sharma, Mohan lal, Mohd. Yaseen, S. Manjeet Singh, Jyoti Parkash and Joginder Singh.
