| Mega Lok Adalat on Dec 16 | | |

As per a notice issued by District and Sessions Judge and Secretary J&K High court legal services committee, Mr. B. A. Wani, a mega Lok Adalat is being organized by the J&K High Court at Janipur, Jammu on 16th December 2006.
The cases to be taken up have already been published in the press. As per the notice 7900 traffic challans pending from 1983 up to 2005, 250 cases under Shops and Commercial Established Act from 2001 up to 2006 and 8600 cases under Municipal Act from 1982 will be taken up in the Lok Adalat for settlement besides hundreds of cases already notified and published in the press. The parties involved have been asked to cause their presence for settlement of their cases before the said Lok Adalat on 16th December at 10 a.m.
