| Roof slab work started | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Sept 26: The roof slab work of community hall being constructed by Jammu Municipal Corporation at the cost of Rs. 22 lac on recommendation of Chaman Lal Gupta, MLA Jammu West in Ward No. 16, near Shiv Mandir, new plot has been started.
The Slab work has been started and inaugurated by Arun Khanna , member Jammu & Kashmir People Democratic Forum and ex-corporator.
While addressing the people Arun Khanna said that the long pending demand of people for a community hall has been fulfilled and people now shall perform different rituals and functions at this Hall with ease.
He also thanked Chaman Lal Gupta for his endeavor of getting sanctioned this community hall for the Ward.
Besides the slab work of the nalla being constructed in Ward No. 16, Jawahar Nagar at the cost of Rs. 8.0 lac has been started.
Arun Khanna assured people that their genuine demands and problems shall be forwarded to the MLA Chaman Lal Gupta for early redressal.
People should come forward and bring forth their current problems.
The prominent members present during the occasion were Sh. Prashant Puri, Sh. Ashok Gandhi, & Sh. Ajay Manhas. Residents of the Ward Sh. Tarun Kumar, Sh. Som Dutt, Sh. Ram Sharan, Sh. B.D Balgotra, & Sh. Rampal expressed their gratitude towards the M.L.A Jammu West.
