| “Display your talent”2011-12 | | Department of Law bags first Prize in Poetry Recitation | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, September 26: Poetry Recitation competition was organized by the Department of students welfare university of Jammu under the on going inter-college/Departmental “Display your talent”2011-12 at Brig, Ralinder Singh Auditorium.
Forty Nine Students from the various P.G. Departments of the university and affiliated college participated in the event. The young participants recited self composed poems as well as the poetry of the established poets.
Nidhi Kalla from Department of Law, University of Jammu bagged the first Prize whereas instiaq Ahmed from Government MAM college, Jammu and Shavani Anand from Govt. woman college, Parade begged the second and third prize. Respectively
The Certificates of Merit were awarded to Swati Vijay from Govt. woman college parade, Mahd. Ahrar from Govt. Degree college, Doda, Priyanka Bandrai from Government Women College, Udhampur, Suman from Department of Education and Sophia Sharma from the Law School, University of Jammu
Prof Zahur-ud-Din, Mohan Singh and Dr. Varun Suthar, were the adjudicators for the said event.
