| Change of guard to be decided by Congress High Command: Rahul | | |

Jammu, Sept 27: AICC general secretary and youth congress leader Rahul Gandhi who has all through supporting continuance Omar Abdullah as Chief Minister, surprisingly today made a different statement on the issue. He said, he was not competent to comment on the issue and the party high command would take final decision on the issue of change of guard in the state while interacting with group of students Rahul said at Greater Kailash Today. During the interaction with the students and youth leaders of the party the latter expressed what they said increasingly self desire of the congress in particular and the people of state in general about change of guard in December this year when Omar Abdullah completed three years in office as chief minister. Even though the group of students, convey to Rahul that Omar was not delivering to the expectation of the people and that he spent most of the time on twitter. Rahul with quipped to says, "I am not here to criticize Omar or say something in his support or praise him." Rahul said that he had come to J&K on two days visit to interact with the youth of the state and ascertain there problems. However the matter of having chief minister from the congress is to be decided by the high command of the party he said.
