| Army jawan dies mysteriously | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 28:An army jawan was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel room in Udhampur.
“A Jawan identified as S P Kurmanya Kulu of 25 Territorial Army, son of Mohan Rao, resident village Umagri, district Shrikaklum, Andhra Pradesh, yesterday hired a room in a city hotel of Udhampur district,’’ police here today said.
They said the jawan was found dead by the hotel staff in his room and they immediately informed the police.
“He might have consumed some poisonous substance,’’ police said and added that a case has been registered and investigations are in progress.
