| Body recovered, young lady dies in suspicious circumstances | | |

An unidentified male body was recovered from Bus stand here while a 19 –year lady is reported to have died at her in laws house under suspicious circumstances in Udhampur district.
A Police report said that an unknown male body was found at Bus Stand and shifted to GMC Mortuary room for postmortem. The Police have initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC.
The report further said that 19-year Usha Devi daughter of Bushan Dass resident of Badhota of Udhampur District and married with one Joginder Singh son of Kartar Singh Thakur resident of Chullna died in her in-laws house under suspicious circumstances.
The cause of death has not been ascertained; however, the local police has registered a case under section 1743 Cr PC and started investigation.
