| NRHM employees association constitutes its new district body | | | Early Times Report
DODA, September 29: Today various National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) Doctors, para medical and other NRHM employees of the Doda District held a meeting in which they framed out an Association under the name of “NRHM Employees Association”.
In the meeting an election was held in which the newly District body has been constituted and there Dr. Hamid Parray was elected as its President, Dr. Sadiq-e-Akbar as Vice-President, Dr. Saba Khanam as General Secretary, Dr. Manjeet Singh as Secretary, Dr. Mohammad Iqbal as Joint Secretary, Dr. Toha Nadeem as Chief Coordinator, Dr. Fayaz Malik as Coordinator, Jahangir Mehta as Publicity Secretary, Nasir Khateeb as Chief Advisor, Mohammad Rafi Sheikh as Cashier. The other advisory members of the NRHM Employees Association are Mashood Hussain, Shafqat Hussain, Yasir Ali and Adil Nisar Kichloo.
Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected President Dr. Hamid Parray stressed upon all the NRHM doctors, paramedical and other employees to work united and with dedication and hard work which is termed as noble profession.
Dr. Parray also appealed the concerned ministry to enhance the salaries and regularization of those working under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM).
