JAMMU, Sept 29: All India Rahul Gandhi fans Association National General Secretary M Sultan has expressed his anguish over the AICC General Secretary’s visit to the state.

Addressing media persons, Sultan said that Rahul Gandhi had dis-hearted the J&K people by ignoring and keeping them waiting since morning during his visit including Panches, Sarpanches, senior workers and activists which by Rahul was due to pan-city of time.

Prof Sultan said that it was nothing, but the hue sense of local Congress leader’s who misguided him.

He appealed the central government for ensuring the statement of Rahul Gandhi to the State of J&K people which he said “There was no dearth of money for development “whatever is needed is given by the central Government and if it is not reaching the grass root level, you call it corruption”.

He said that Gandhi may had seen the roads of J&K State at urban areas but not in rural areas, the huge power cuts in the hot season of summer, the sufferings of unemployed youth, the employees of many departments who are with- out pay from years together, the hospitals and schools who are without teachers and doctors, so centre should order the state Government to issue a white paper on funds given by the centre and its utilization, so that common public of J&K State will come to know that central Government had given something and the State Government had utilized it for the public interest or for the development purposes .
