| Certificate distribution programme organized | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, September 29: The certificate distribution programme was organised by the RES Institute of Management and Technology in the premises of the institute at Kathua.
On the occasion the C G M of NABARD M L Sukhdeva was the chief guest, D D M of NABARD Aman Kalsotra, district manager of SBI.
R K Kalsotra were the guest of honour. The director of the institute said that the NABARD has started 60 days Skill Developing Training Programme with the collaboration of the institute purely for the unemployed youth so as to make them able to establish their own enterprises.
And the programme was fully made for the unemployment youth of the district Kathua and imparted training regarding the beautician’s courses.
