SIEF sets up library cum book bank at Barwal | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, September 29: Starting its initiative of reaching out to the rural areas in terms of providing quality library facilities to the students who are aspiring for competitive examination at various levels, Speak India Environmental Foundation set up the first library at the Barwal village of Kathua District. Library at Barwal was inaugurated by Zahida Parveen Khan, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua. In her address she congratulated the SIEF team for reaching out to the people of Barwal and providing library facilities to the students. Speaking on the occasion Sunil Sharma chairman of SIEF said that the organization will extend this initiative of spreading library culture to entire Indian village and rural areas. Highlighting the various initiative of SIEF, Mahesh Kaul, spokesman said that the organization has been working on various initiative in a comprehensive manner. School children, teachers, senior citizens, sarpanches, panches were present on the occasion. The SIEF activists present on the occasion included Jatin Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Virender Khajuria, Sunny Khajuria, Kuldeep Sharma etc.
