| Bhushan to appear for petitioners | | Bhaderwah triple murder | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 29: Renowned lawyer of the country Prashant Bhushan, Advocate will appear in a petition seeking reinvestigation of the Bhaderwah triple murder case Friday when the case is likely to come up for hearing in the High Court.
The petitioners Nazira Begum, aged 45 years, Widow of Fazal Hussain Dar and Shaheena Begum, aged 45 years, Widow of Muhammad Hussain Lone both residents of Malni, Tehsil Bhaderwah, District Doda are represented by renowned human rights activist and noted lawyer Parvez Imroz. They have sought investigation of the DGP Kuldeep Khoda in the case who was DIG Udhampur/Doda range when the crime was committed.
Bhushan is the whistle blower in 2G scam involving the Union Home minister and Foreign Minister. |
