| VO produces challan against SO, H&P | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 30: The Vigilance organization produced challan against Imtiyaz Ahmad Mir, Section Officer Hospitality and protocol, Srinagar under section 16 RPC in a bribery case before Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Kashmir.
The accused was caught red handed on October 23, 2010 while accepting a bribe of Rs. 20,000 as illegal gratification from the complainant Mr. Wali Mohammad Sofi, S/o Ghulam Qadir Sofi, R/o Amiar, Tral on the allegation that accused had demanded the bribe from him in lieu of proceeding his case for settlement of suspension period.
