SRINAGAR, Sep 30:CPI Legislator M. Y. Tarigami today demanded credible enquiry into
cross voting incident of Legislative Council polls to ascertain who
are involved and who have benefited in the shoddy deal.
Raising the issue in the Assembly, he said “The matter is of serious
consequence which has to be probed thoroughly”, he said adding that
the institution of legislator is involved in the corruption allegation
necessitating to bring the truth to fore.
