| Soz meets Sonia Gandhi. | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, Sept 30: President of state Congress unit and Rajya Sabha Member Professor Saif u din Soz on Thursday met UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi at her Janpath residence in New dehli and offered her good wishes for her recovery from ailment. Sonia Gandhi has recently arrived back from US after undergoing surgery for an undisclosed ailment. Sources told KNS that during the meeting, Prof. Soz discussed several issues with Sonia and briefed her on the present situation in the state. It is learnt that Prof. Soz also updated Sonia on the impact of AICC’s general secretary Rahul Gandhi’s recent Jammu and Kashmir visit . Meanwhile Soz has arrived in Srinagar on Thursday evening where he is scheduled to attend the Gandhi Jayantyi celebrations on cot. 02. While confirming his meeting with Sonia Gandhi Prof. Soz told KNS that the meeting was very successful sonia Gandhio offered her good wishes to the people of the state.
