Jammu, Sept 30:To celebrate Gandhi Jayanti, Bahrtiya Vikas Parishad today celebrated in collaboration with GCW Gandhi Nagar organizes poem recitation. Chairperson GANDHI Seva Sadan , Prof. Ved Ghai was the chief guest on the occasion and delivered the key note address on the occasion
While speaking on the occasion she advocated to adopt the Gandhi an philosophy of life along with his keywords truth and non violence. Principal of the college, Prof. Nalini Kohli was the guest of honor, while the function was presided over by State president DR D. R . Kotwal . He also threw light on the activities of BVP and the contribution of Gandhiji to the civil society.
National Youth convenor Youth participation Dr Santosh Gupta on the occasion welcomed the guest and told the significance of participation of youth in academic , political , economice and social activities. The programme was organized by Prof Seema Mir and Arun Sharma ( Genearl Secretary BVP)
