Court restrains President, GS Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha from conducting any business including operating bank accounts | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, October-01 (JNF):- In an application filed by Kuldeep Gupta President Ward No15 Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha Jammu Vs Akhil Bharatiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha New Delhi, Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha through its General Secretary and President, Vinod Gupta President Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha Jammu in which applicant seeking various directions to the non-applicants, Special Mobile Magistrate Passenger Tax VS Manhas today after hearing advocate Anil Sethi appearing for the applicant, observed that notice was issued to the applicant General Secretary Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha and Vinod Gupta President Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha but they did not chose to appear despite of the duly being served as reported, as Kuldeep Gupta succeeded in establishing his prima-facie case for grant of injunction. The General Secretary and President of Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha are therefore restrained from conducting any business with respect to Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha, they are further restrained from operating bank accounts of the Sabha or dealing with any type money transaction with the Sabha as well as disposing of any property or assets till further order. This order is however subject to objections from other side, they same may be filed on or before October 20, 2011.
