| Police recovered porn stuff from mobile shop, 1 arrested | | | Kishtwar: Police have arrested a youth accused of selling porno clips to teenagers particularly students in Kishtwar.
The accused identified as Arjun Singh was produced him before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar who remanded him to 3 days police custody.
According to police sources, Arjun Singh runs a mobile shop at Malik Market Kishtwar which was sealed by the police in presence of 1st Class Magistrate on Tuesday after Kishtwar police recovered a consignment of porno CDs/DVDs sent by him, which was received by a helper working in shop adjacent to the mobile shop of the accused.
The accused was in Jammu at the time of raid. After the arrest of the accused Arjun Singh, Kishtwar police conducted the search inside the shop of the accused after removing the seal of the shop and seized the computer of the accused used for converting/transferring of porno clips into mobiles of teenagers, beside recovering 4 Pornographic movies in the form of CDs.
Kishtwar police have already registered a case against the accused under various relevant sections of law. |
